Seven (7) are reserved for&nbsp;individuals representing major partnering settlements, four (4) for leaders&nbsp;within the overall community of South Eleuthera, and two (2) for local government representation. The seven (7) members representing the partnering settlements are asked to serve a three-year term and may serve consecutive terms if approved. To ensure Board continuity the original terms will be staggered.<\/p><p>The seven settlements selected are: Governor\u2019s Harbor; Green Castle; Palmetto Point; Rock Sound; Savannah Sound; James Cistern Tarpum Bay; and Wemyss Bight\u200b.<\/p><p>These seven settlements, which are pictured in the map, were selected due to their size and geographical location. These Board members are responsible for representing the individual and collective concerns of their settlements<\/p><p>Representatives for the major settlements should receive support from local community members, as well as a recommendation by the previous individual to occupy their seat.<\/p><p>The current SEEP BOARD is represented by:<\/p><p>Ronald Carey Jr.&nbsp;- President<\/p><p>Daniel Smith.&nbsp;- Vice President<\/p><p>Ashley Hall.&nbsp;- Secretary<\/p><p>Ronique Carey.&nbsp;- Treasurer<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SEEP Board Members 2020The Board includes three groups.
